The substantial wing of the old mill, it offers reverse accommodation of generous proportions. Entering into the ground floor hall a tiled corridor leads to serene and tastefully decorated sleeping quarters and a dog- leg staircase takes you to the first floor. Here you will find a superb split-level lounge/dining room with comfortable settees positioned in front of a wood burning stove set on the hearth of a feature stone fireplace, while glazed doors give access to a well positioned balcony on the other side a sun drenched conservatory overlooking the water wheel and garden. Very spacious and full of country style the kitchen is beautifully fitted with colour washed units and a central island. Peaceful well nurtured gardens to the rear are a place for quiet relaxation but young children should be supervised to the side of the property where there is a small walled pond just beyond the water wheel.
